The client’s customers were given various drop-centre contacts in order to be able to recycle or drop their products for free with their purchase. This is only thanks to our client’s and Uniworld’s reverse logistics partnership programme. Consumers who wish to recycle or exchange any product or accessory would typically usually drop it in our collection centres or warehouses. From there, the products come to our central collection point, where they are packed, optimized for size and scale and shipped to the client’s destination. On average, we collect and ship over 2000 tonnes of goods from our main collection centre in India to our client’s end.
