FROM DRUGS TO DIAGNOSTICS
The COVID-19 lockdown has dealt a massive blow to the supply chain in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Manufacturers and customers in the Pharmaceutical Sector were at their wit’s end since Feb 2020. Acute raw material shortages and the pace of delivery did not help their case. Only very few logistics providers and players could rise to the situation.
Enter Uniworld Logistics. Our team sprung to action to ensure critical supplies were met. Beyond the immediate response to the pandemic, Uniworld stepped out to ensure that emergency medicines, medical products, medical equipment and consumables like vaccines, testing kits, sanitizers, masks etc. were delivered to clients in the UK, USA, Europe, Hong-Kong and parts of Asia.
We also transported parts for breathing equipment like Ventilators, CPAP, BPAP machines, etc. Raw materials were successfully procured from vendors across South East Asia. Further, ready-made kits for companies (Including Gloves, Sanitizers, PPE Kits and Masks) were assembled in our warehouses.
While ensuring that our supply chain cycle remains robust and fulfills customer requirements, we regularly liaison with stakeholders and governments worldwide to ensure timely product delivery. We also maintain maximum customer transparency during cold-storage transport by incorporating live- tracking measures for every delivery.
